MHS offers a complete range of occupational health services alongside its substance misuse services.

Our occupational health provision includes medical screenings :-

1. Gold

Each appointment is given 25 minutes. Customers can schedule a maximum of 18 appointments per day (roughly 7.5 hours work).

The Gold Health Screen will include:

• •  Short lifestyle and cardiac history questionnaire
• •  Lung capacity (peak low)
• •  Hip to waist ratio
• •  BMI
• •  Blood glucose test
• • Cholesterol test
• •  Blood pressure measurement
• •  Urinalysis (optional)

2. Silver

Each appointment is given a 20 minute slot. Customers can schedule a maximum of 22 appointments per day.

The Silver health screen will include:

• •  Short lifestyle and cardiac history questionnaire
• •  Lung capacity
• •  Hip to waist ratio
• •  Blood glucose test (for diabetes)
• •  Cholesterol
• •  Blood pressure management

3. Bronze

The Bronze health screen will include:

This is a mini health check designed so that individuals know their blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose numbers in the same way that they may know their height and weight.

Each appointment is given a 10 minute slot. Customers can schedule a maximum of 40 staff per day (about 7 hours work). The Bronze Health Screening will include:

• •  Cholesterol test
• •  Blood pressure measurement.
